Project Overview
Digital Banking Application – An API driven offering helps banks fight Fraud, Optimize Customer Journeys & Reinforce Digital Trust across Banking Channels. It is one of our flagship products that helps banks enhance digital experiences with the improved awareness across monetary & non-monetary transactions across various channels. The product has an administration console that facilitates Fraud Analysts to review customer's transactions and raise appropriate cases for review. We designed a widget based dashboard for the Fraud Analyst, the dashboard has some interesting visualisations that will improve the productivity of the Fraud Analyst.
